  • Delivery address, when applicable

  • Scheduled time

We may cancel, adjust, or decline an order if an item is unavailable, the restaurant is closed, payment cannot be processed, incorrect information is provided, or we believe the order is fraudulent or abusive.

5. Pricing, Taxes, Fees, and Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may be changed at any time. Taxes, delivery fees, service fees, card processing fees, tips, and other charges may apply.

Payment must be authorized before an online order is accepted. If payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel the order or seek payment for any completed order.

6. Pickup and Delivery

Pickup and delivery times are estimates. Actual timing may vary based on order volume, kitchen conditions, traffic, weather, staffing, delivery driver availability, and other factors.

For pickup orders, please arrive at the selected time and check that your order is correct before leaving when possible.

For delivery orders, please make sure the delivery address and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information, lack of access, or inability to reach the customer.

7. Third Party Services

Our website may use or link to third party platforms for online ordering, payments, delivery, maps, social media, analytics, email, or other services.

Third party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, fees, refund rules, and accessibility features. We are not responsible for third party websites or platforms that we do not control.

8. Allergies, Ingredients, and Dietary Needs

Our kitchen prepares many menu items, including items that may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, nuts, fish, shellfish, sesame, and other ingredients.

We do our best to follow guest requests, but we cannot guarantee that any item is allergen free, gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, or free from cross contact.

Guests with serious allergies or dietary restrictions should call the restaurant before ordering.

9. Alcohol Service

Alcohol service is available only to guests who are legally allowed to purchase and consume alcohol. Valid government issued identification may be required.

We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to anyone who cannot provide valid ID, appears intoxicated, attempts to purchase alcohol for a minor, or for any other reason required or allowed by law.

10. Promotions, Specials, and Offers

Promotions, specials, coupons, discounts, rewards, and limited time offers may have separate rules. Offers may be changed, limited, or ended at any time.

Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, applied to past purchases, or used after expiration.

11. Catering and Events

Catering orders, large orders, deposits, delivery arrangements, cancellations, and event services may be subject to separate written terms provided at the time of quote or confirmation.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a written catering agreement, the written catering agreement will control for that order.

All website content, including logos, photos, graphics, menu descriptions, text, design elements, and branding, belongs to Baked Wings & Things or its content providers and may not be copied, reused, modified, or distributed without permission.

13. User Submitted Content

If you submit a message, review, photo, social media tag, testimonial, comment, or other content to us, you agree that the content is accurate and does not violate anyone else’s rights.

You give Baked Wings & Things permission to use, repost, display, or respond to that content for restaurant, marketing, customer service, or promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law or unless you tell us otherwise in writing.
