The Counter Staff member provides fast, friendly, and accurate service to customers. This role involves managing the point-of-sale (POS) system, handling cash and digital payments, answering questions, answering phones and maintaining a clean storefront.

The Shift manager leads daily operations during specific work periods, bridging the gap between crew members and upper management.  Responsibilities include overseeing food quality, directing staff, managing customer service, and handling cash or opening and closing duties to ensure a fast, clean, and profitable shift.

The dishwasher/prep cook cleans and sanitizes all dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils while assisting the kitchen team with basic food preparation tasks like washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables, stocking supplies, and maintaining a clean work area
